Tambola Pro is a software tool designed to facilitate the organization and management of Tambola/Housie games. It is NOT a gambling platform. This application does not accept wagers, does not process bets, does not offer real-money payouts, and does not operate as a casino or gambling establishment of any kind. Any use of this tool for illegal gambling is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the user.
By accessing or using Tambola Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including hosts and players.
The Service does not facilitate, process, or endorse any form of wagering or betting. No monetary transactions for bets or wagers are processed through this platform.
Tambola Pro does not distribute, manage, or guarantee any prizes or payouts. Any prizes associated with a game are entirely determined, funded, and distributed by the game host. The platform bears no responsibility for prize fulfillment.
You may not use the Service in any jurisdiction where Tambola/Housie games are classified as gambling and require a license that you do not possess. You are solely responsible for determining the legal status of your activities in your jurisdiction.
When you create a game as a host, you assume the following responsibilities:
Tambola Pro provides the following software utilities: (a) generation of valid Tambola/Housie tickets following standard rules; (b) a random number drawing mechanism using cryptographically secure random number generation; (c) claim verification logic; (d) real-time game state management and communication. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for entertainment, social, and community event purposes only.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The random number generation, while using cryptographically secure methods, is provided for game facilitation only and is not certified for regulatory gambling compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tambola Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is asserted.
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service: game configuration, player display names, and game state information. Data is stored in your own Supabase instance. Game data is automatically deleted when a game ends or can be manually deleted at any time. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, particularly those using the Service for illegal gambling or in violation of applicable laws. Game hosts may terminate their games at any time. Upon game termination, all associated data is subject to deletion per our data retention policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
